Economy Package
  1. Once we receive your order we shall email you an invoice for the above total, which must be paid in full in advance. Payments can be made online by bank transfer.
  2. Upon receipt of payment we shall provide instructions on specifying your Photo Video.
  3. We aim to deliver within 5 working days of receiving your specification.
Professional Package
  1. Once we receive your order we shall email you an invoice, which may include an amount for travel, subsistence and accommodation based on the staff callout rates.
    A 50% deposit is required in advance. Payments can be made online by bank transfer.
  2. Upon receipt of your deposit we shall contact you to arrange for our staff to take the photos.
  3. We shall aim to send you a set of mini-photo proofs together with instructions on specifying your Photo Video, within 5 working days of taking the photos.
  4. Upon receiving your specification, we shall aim to complete the work within 10 days, whereupon we shall send you an invoice for the balance.
  5. The balance is required in full within two working days of completion and before handover.
